Overall this was an excellent, visually appealing reference book on the art and industry of coffee. It covered enough detail to be educational, but wasn't overwhelming. It was definitely worth the read, and I would consider owning it as a general reference guide, particularly for the variety of recipes, not only for coffee drinks, but also for ingredients.
